Attorney John Stiles received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Akron in 2010 and graduated cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law in 2019.

While in law school, John worked with the Summit County felony drug court program, was an intern for the Legal Defender Office of Summit County, and clerked for the law firm of Malarcik, Pierce, Munyer, & Will. Upon graduation, John maintained a private practice focused on criminal defense, including felonies and misdemeanors, appellate writing, and domestic-relations work such as custody disputes and divorce.

John joined the Summit Legal Defenders office in 2022.
